For orders received after 1pm we will process orders the next working day.

UK: Next Day Delivery with DPD £9 per order

International: UPS £25 per order

Orders above £500 qualify for free shipping

Returns policy:

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the products fault within 3 working days of it being received by you.

To arrange for the product to be returned, E-mail info@challisms.com or call us on 01628 529 024 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. Once the product has been received by us we will either provide a replacement or process a full refund.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
